Shipping
Policy
We
ship most light-weight packages via U.S. Postal Service with
Delivery Confirmation,
heavy-weight
packages via FedEx Ground Service*. The delivery time is
generally 2 to 5
business
days, but the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed. C4Component
solely reserves
the
right to choose the carrier.
Most
orders are processed and usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours
upon receipt of full
payment,
except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. We try to avoid back
orders, but we will
notify
you at once via phone or by email if there is a delay.
Despite
our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit.
All claims for
shortage,
damage or shipping errors must be made within 3 days after
receipt of
shipment.
We will charge a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders &
refused
shipments
without prior email to us.

do not handle delivery.

Orders
Due
to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an
item in stock. You may
still
place an order for out of stock items to ensure that you will
receive the item once it
becomes
available. We will notify you by phone, via email or fax for the
ETA (Estimated Time

Arrival).
You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by
contacting the

Refund
& Restocking Fee
A
copy of your original invoice must be enclosed with all
returns. All products
returned for
refund,
credit or exchange must be in re-saleable condition with all original papers, boxes,
attachments...etc.
All shipping & handling (s/h) charges are not refundable. Please email us
first
for return instruction.
Within
7 days of the invoice date, customers can return the product
for a refund
(less
all s/h). Upon receipt of the product in our office, if the
item returned meets all the
above
mentioned conditions, a refund check will be send out by regular
mail within 14
business
days. After 7 days of the invoice date, we will charge a 25% restocking fee for all
items
returned which meets the above conditions.
A minium charge of
$10.00 (per item ordered)

Limited
Warranty and Limited Liability
In
most cases C4COMPONENT's products are covered by a 7 days Money
Back Guarantee
against
defects to the original purchaser of the product. In this
7
days period,
C4COMPONENT
warranties the product to be free from defects in material and
workmanship
under normal use and service. Anytime after the 7 days of the
invoice, the
product's
manufacturer will cover the warranty. The warranty terms and coverage varies by
manufacturer
and product, please refer to the product's packing slip or contact us directly.
C4COMPONENT
limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question
and
does not cover products which have been modified of which have
been subjected to
unusual
physical or electrical stresses. The limited warranty also does not cover any losses
or
damages that may occur as a result of: 1) Shipping or improper installation or
maintenance. 2)
Misuse, neglect or improper environment. 3) Any repair, alteration,
modification
adjustment, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than a
C4COMPONENT
authorized service center. 4) Excessive or inadequate electrical power
surges
or other irregularities.
Limited
warranty on CD-R / DVD-R media products: The
manufacturer warrants the
CD-R
/ DVD-R media product free from defects in material and
workmanship for 30 days,
from
the
date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original
purchaser, proof of purchase
is
required.
This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the products and does not
cover
products which have been modified or subject to unusual physical damage caused by
misuse,
abuse, improper storage and the purpose of it's made. In the event of a claim
against
this warranty, C4COMPONENT's obligation is the replacement of this product only
and
excludes responsibility of recorded data in any form.
Having
no control over the use of the products in this website,
C4COMPONENT will not be
responsible
for consequential damage to the system, components, equipment caused by
either
internal or external equipment, or shorted connections or components not installed or
obtained
form C4COMPONENT. C4COMPONENT will not be liable for damage to its
components
due to physical abuse, or excessive use, natural disaster, act of God,
liquids or
chemicals
spilled upon or inside the product including oxidation or corrosion to
products
caused
by exposure to sun or salt air. Any dispute of legal action arise
will only be
entertained
within the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Los Angeles
County Court
System.
