Purchase orders are welcome from Government Agencies & Educational Institutions only.
A copy of Sales Tax Exempt Certificate, contact person's name, phone number, department information on department's letterhead and copy of Department's Purchase Order must be received before orders can be sent out.  Terms are up to " Net 30 Days" (upon credit approval).

Sorry, at this time we only ship within 48 states of US, which means no AK, HI, PR, VI and
GU.  We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO / FPO, AE & AA address, Canada, Mexico & overseas.

Shipping Policy

We ship most light-weight packages via U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation,
heavy-weight packages via FedEx Ground Service*.  The delivery time is generally 2 to 5
business days, but the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed.  C4Component solely reserves
the right to choose the carrier.
Most orders are processed and usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of full payment, except Saturday, Sunday and  holidays.  We try to avoid back orders, but we will notify you at once via phone or by email if there is a delay.
Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit.  All claims for shortage, damage or shipping errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.   We will charge a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders & refused shipments without prior email to us.
